The Print Shop 21—Hands-On
Sessions: Two
Total Hours: Four
Prerequisite: Basic Windows Skills
The Print Shop program has been a leader in desktop publishing for over 20 years. It has a wide variety of project templates to customize for special occasions based on individual needs. The creative options are virtually unlimited as projects are designed by using one of two main options--“Customize a QuickStart Layout” or “Start from Scratch.” The following are examples of possible projects:
Brochures, Business Cards, Calendars, Certificates, Coupons, Envelopes, Fax Cover Sheets, Forms, Gift Certificates, Greeting Cards, Invitations, Lists, Mailing Labels, Letterheads, Newsletters, Photo Projects, Post Cards, Posters, Resumes, Signs, and more!
An extensive art gallery provides a selection of numerous graphics and photos. In addition, the user may insert personal photos, images, or logos. Since there are unlimited items to design, a second course will be available.
The first course will present the basics of The Print Shop program and focus on customizing templates of greeting cards, signs, calendars, and certificates.
